PARMA Concrete Care
PARMA Concrete Care™ is the Finnish concrete industry’s most comprehensive, ambitious, and transparent sustainability program.
The PARMA Concrete Care™ program raises awareness of life-cycle-conscious concrete construction and concretely promotes responsible operations and environmentally sustainable concrete construction. The program covers the entire value chain of sustainable concrete construction, from innovative manufacturing technologies and low-carbon products to social and economic responsibility. A sustainable future is built through concrete actions.
Consolis Parma's Environmental Goals
Parma’s goal is to manufacture precast concrete components in the most environmentally friendly way possible. We are committed to reducing carbon dioxide emissions from the manufacturing phase by 5% annually. As a result, by 2035, our emissions will be halved from 2020 levels.
The low-carbon PARMA Green™ products and solutions, based on the advanced concrete element manufacturing technology developed by Parma, play a key role in helping us achieve these goals.

Sustainable Development and Low-Carbon Initiatives
The goal of sustainable development is to ensure that the environment and the conditions necessary for human life are met today and preserved for future generations. That is why Consolis Parma plays a significant role in shaping the built environments of the future.
The built environment accounts for about one-third of Finland’s total greenhouse gas emissions. The roadmap for a low-carbon construction industry identifies ways to effectively reduce these emissions.
