Zero-Accident Culture
Safety is the top priority at the Consolis Group, and it applies to all areas of the company’s operations. No one should get hurt at our facilities or job sites. Our goal is to embed a “Zero Accidents” culture as the standard way of working for every Consolis employee.
In accordance with Consolis Parma’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy (OHS), our goal is to develop a “Zero Accidents” culture in which safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Best Occupational Safety in the Industry
Parma’s accident rate is clearly better than the industry average. Our precast plants have also performed exceptionally well in recent years in the Concrete Industry Association’s Occupational Safety Competition.
Improving workplace safety requires an uncompromising attitude, participation, commitment to safety efforts, and clear leadership. Improvements have been made, among other things, by developing working conditions,
methods, and equipment.
A safe workplace reduces absenteeism
